The camp will be held on the beautiful campus of Benedictine College in Atchison, KS, which is a Newman Guide Recommended College. Atchison is conveniently located about thirty minutes northwest of the Kansas City metro area. The participants will lodge in the student dorms and meals will be provided in the student cafeteria. The camp will cost $695, which will include lodging, meals, T-shirt, and materials (books and CDs from the speakers). There is an EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT of $100 (reducing the camp fee to $595) if the application is received before March 15, 2024.
If an applicant is facing financial hardship: We first ask the applicant to seek possible assistance from their parish, youth group or Catholic high school. Many dioceses, parishes, schools, and Knights of Columbus councils have supported campers before.

A deposit of $300 is due upon the camper's acceptance to "Transform Your World" by Casting Nets Ministries in order to secure the camper's spot at the camp. The campers' spot in the camp is not reserved until the deposit is received. The remainder of the camp fee ($395 or $295 with Early Bird Discount) will be due by June 1, 2024. Participants must make their own arrangements to arrive at the camp. Campers must arrive at Benedictine College on Sunday, July 7th by 2:00pm and leave campus on Friday, July 12th at 1:00pm.
Participants may fly into the Kansas City International Airport (MCI) and camp counselors will pick them up and transport them to Benedictine College, as well as transport them back to the airport for their departing flight.
So if a participant is flying in and out of MCI then arriving flights between 10:00am and 1:00pm on July 7th and departing flights after 3:00pm on July 12th are preferred. This will ensure that the camper will not miss any of the camp schedule and allow the best logistics for airport runs.
